Hi! I'm Sonia,

I'm a Sales Coach for Introverts, a mother of two awesome boys, a wife to a wonderful man and a woman trying to figure out how to make this life have more purpose.

After working in corporate America for 22 plus years as an enrollment advisor, sales management trainer, and senior manager with a successful track record I was laid off. I had been on autopilot for a while. Can you relate? I was afraid to leave it for the security it was providing. At the same time I wanted to make a change.

I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Spanish literature, a Masters in Business Administration and a number of Coach Certifications. After having a successful career and now being home with the kids it took me time to figure out my purpose. I am a lifelong learner. So I continued to invest in myself by taking courses, attending conferences, working with a coach and attending seminars and reading on topics that interest me because I knew I needed to course correct to live my best life.

As a sales coach for introvert entrepreneurs, I have a lot of compassion and empathy understanding how we get stuck, afraid and self doubt develops with sales. Even when our past has evidence to show us how successful we have been at other endeavors wanting to make a change to grow can be challenging to take consist action.

Today, I am honored to help individuals break out of confusion, frustration, and feeling stuck in their sales journey by finding purpose in their life. All of my experience, education and training has prepared me to do this work. I will help you get out of this fog of indecision, get results and take your next step to living your purpose because there is so much more for you and it's beautiful!
